\u653f\u7b56\u58f0\u660e<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u591a\u7f8e\u8054\u5408\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u5176\u9644\u5c5e\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u201c\u591a\u7f8e\u201d\u6216\u201c\u96c6\u56e2\u201d\uff09\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5b9e\u73b0\u548c\u7ef4\u6301\u5728\u5176\u884c\u4e3a\u51c6\u5219\u4e2d\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u9ad8\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fbe\u5230\u96c6\u56e2\u884c\u4e3a\u51c6\u5219\u4e2d\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u6240\u6709\u5458\u5de5\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u80a1\u4e1c\u3001\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u4e3e\u62a5\u56e0\u4e0d\u9053\u5fb7\u884c\u4e3a\u3001\u4e0d\u5f53\u884c\u4e3a\u3001\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\u6216\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5b88\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u5fc5\u62c5\u5fc3\u62a5\u590d\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u62a5\u544a\u6b64\u7c7b\u95ee\u9898\u65f6\u662f\u51fa\u4e8e\u5584\u610f\u7684\u3002<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>This policy protects a whistleblower who lodges a report\/complaint against an employee and\/or director from any adverse employment action. Tomei views any harassments or retaliations in any form or manner against genuine whistleblower seriously and will treat such action as gross misconduct, which if proven, may lead to dismissal.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2. \u5439\u54e8\u5236\u5ea6<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Whistleblowing is a specific means to guide employee or any stakeholder of the Group to report or disclose through established channels on matters , concerning<br \/><br \/>i)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 criminal offences including bribery, fraud, corruption or abuse of power;<br \/>ii)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0misappropriation of funds, assets, theft or embezzlement or gross mismanagement;<br \/>iii)\u00a0 \u00a0 financial irregularity;<br \/>iv)\u00a0 \u00a0 breach of Company\u2019s Code of Conduct;<br \/>v)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0failure to comply with provisions of laws or regulations; and<br \/>vi)\u00a0 \u00a0 serious conflict of interest without disclosure.<br \/>vii)\u00a0 \u00a0unethical behavior, malpractices, illegal acts or failure to comply with regulatory requirements that is taking place \/ has taken place \/ may take place in the future.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>This report should be made in good faith with a reasonable belief that the information and any allegation in it are substantially true, and the report is not made for personal gain.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Employees are advised to exercise due care to ensure the accuracy of the information given. If an employee makes mala fide report and if proven, disciplinary action may be taken against such employee.
